2014 brought the release of "A Foundry," which was a revitalizing project for Amos val, as the reformation of the Portland outfit produced lucid songwriting with charismatic dynamics. The songwriting execution formed a final movement that flows much like a classical suite, a style of conception that the members continue to strive for during the creative process.

Amos val's musical direction has blossomed since "A Foundry" as the band's personal relationships have grown, making the end sound incorporate the individual member's varying stylistic feels.
