Redlands, California. — The founder of Independent record label F8 RECORDS has just released an exciting debut album of his own. The self-titled album, “SERVANDO”, consists of thirteen original tracks, ranging from melodic, guitar-driven rock to intelligent piano rock ballads and beautiful acoustic love songs, each providing a combination of his multi-instrument prowess with sensual vocals and heartfelt, introspective lyrics, revealing a stunning array of influences.

This self-titled album, “SERVANDO”, consists of thirteen original tracks, ranging from melodic, guitar-driven rock to intelligent piano rock ballads and beautiful acoustic love songs, each providing a combination of his multi-instrument prowess with sensual vocals and heartfelt, introspective lyrics, revealing a stunning array of influences.

The album was entirely recorded at F8 Records' own Eureka Street Studio and was self-produced by Servando. The opening track is a rather angry, guitar-driven rock tune aptly titled “Daggers” followed by a pop-influenced “earworm” tune titled “Rendezvous” that is likable upon first listen. There are several rock-piano ballads in the collection, notably “Everything Is Wrong” and the last track, suitably named “The Last Song”. Worthy of note is an interesting rock-piano song, “Carnivore” that can’t quite be put into any genre. A beautiful paean to a lucky lady is the acoustic guitar track, “Tuesday”…a lovely melody with a lushly orchestrated instrumental section. All in all, this is an impressive debut album that must be heard from beginning to end to truly be appreciated. Read more on Last.fm.
