The band The Jaytones is made up of two primary members, Tony DiUlio and James Redmond. Both were born in Southern New Jersey and got into music at an early age. Their influences are truly eclectic. They enjoy music from The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, and Miles Davis to Protest the Hero, Exivious, and The Streets. Both James and Tony primarily play the guitar, James playing the lead while Tony plays the rhythm. However, both are attempting to expand their abilities to other instruments including drums, piano, bass, and banjo.
The band will often bring in other musicians for recording to help add certain aspects to the music that they themselves could not do. So far, Scarlett Redmond, James' sister, has been a huge contributor to their recorded music. Read more on Last.fm.
