Whitney Lyman is an indie-rock singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based in Seattle. She blends influences from traditional world folk, baroque chamber music, and dream pop--creating ethereal soundscapes and cinematic visuals.

Originally from Boise, Idaho, she moved to Seattle in 2006 to attend Cornish College of the Arts for Music Composition, graduating cum laude in 2010. She is among Seattle's next round of upcoming superstars, having shared the stage with the likes of Bryan John Appleby, Mary Lambert, Shenendoah Davis, Eternal Fair, Faust, Ghostland Observatory, and Hey Marseilles.
