Formed in Växjö, Sweden in the fall of 2023 by some of the veterans of the local Hard Rock and Heavy Metal scene and they started the band with only one thing in mind; Raise awareness – Heavy metal ain'́t dead!

A.Y.M consist of Alex Vince (previously in Chapter, Relentless, Behind Closed Doors) on lead vocals, Oskar Hollingsworth (previously in Saga Incendia, Degeneration, Desecendant), Tony Pettersson (Prevoiusly in Beyond Mortality, Inside the Artists Head, Destiny) on guitars, Christoffer Elofsson (previously in Relentless and Rift) on bass and Johan Svensson (previously in Inside the Artists Head, Snake Tribe, End of september) on drums, all five with extensive experience of the heavy metal scene and together they have thousands of gigs all over the world in different line ups and constellations under their belt.

Now they have joined forces in A.Y.M and they once again have the world in their sights!
