Ian McCartor is an independent singer/songwriter, arranger, composer, producer currently based out of California, USA. His music is strictly acoustic, as he records and arranges all the instruments and vocals himself during is travels with his portable studio. His musical stylings are diverse, and the style of any particular song depends on where he was at the time of composing.

He has recently launched his new website ianmccartor.com, on which he is releasing his latest album "Make it Summer" for free to those that sign up for his subscription. This album was inspired by one of Ian's favorite places, Hawaii. The ukulele is a featured instrument on this collection of music.

Music from his recent stay in Kauai in January 2015 is being produced and sent directly to members of his free subscription over the course of February this year.
