There are two acts called Superreal.

1. Superreal was formed in 2002 in the little city of Birmingham, England. It is a sleazy punk rock and roll machine consisting of four members… Frontman John, (ex valentines) who puts the fun back into rock and roll with his onstage antics and also plays the lowest slung les Paul you will ever see. Lead guitar Chris, (ex valentines) who is a technical wizard on his voodoo les Paul and adds harmonic vocals to the catchy chorus. Bex, who is the feisty female bassist with a love for all things sweet adding another vocal layer. Lastly Drummer Zammo, who is a talented musician, voodoo sorcerer, and general great fun to watch. Although a bit undead as he comes from the depths of the deepest fur– lined swamp. Since the birth of Superreal, the band have played up and down the UK and supported acts such as ‘My Ruin’, ‘Blaze Bailey’ (Wolfsbane/ ironmaiden), ‘CJ’ (Wildhearts), ‘The Suffrajets’ (ex baby Shambles drummer), ‘Laika Dog’ (Terrorvision), ‘Rattlesnake Remedy’ and ‘Ginger and the sonic circus’ as well as two of Gingers acoustic shows. They have played to crowds at the Birmingham academy 2, Birmingham Barfly, London Underworld, JB’s Dudley, not to mention the Bulldog bash with artists such as ‘The Almighty’. Superreal have a 3 track EP available named ‘Jezabel’ and also an unreleased 13 track album. Superreal have a unique way of distributing their CD and do not expect payment, but let the audience donate money. Through gestures such as these, Superreal have earned nearly 60,000 myspace friends worldwide. They have an active street team and have received label interest from independant labels in both the UK and the USA. Superreal are currently looking for management and are hoping to make an official release with worldwide distribution. No one can listen to this band without bopping their head and go away singing the Chorus line. This is catchy, sleazy, good time rock music at its best.
