Boy of the AfterThought is a band founded in 2010 by London based musician Aaron John. The band incorporates a diverse range of musical styles using elements of psychedelic, dream pop, minimalist, post rock, garage rock and gothic.
They released their first album Lupa in May 2011 which
received mostly very positive reviews.

Another Extended Play is scheduled for 2012.

ACTIVISM:

On the 23rd of May 2011 the band will release a benefit single where all proceeds go to the Stop Huntingdon Animal Cruelty campaign.

Aaron John performed a solo acoustic set for Music Earth Rise. A charity organisation hosting gigs to raise money for children in Zambia who have been orphaned by aids.

On the 20th of February 2012 BFTA released another benefit single where all money made from the Itune's downloads was donated to the Coalition To Abolish The Fur Trade.
