Lets paint a picture: not glossy nor slick, but rather filled with countless jagged edges and scored with swirling contradictory lines leading the observer north, south, east, west and everywhere in between. So has been the Eastbound evolution as they pull up to the edge of a place called right now. In truth, however, Eastbounds history is steeped in a place where much mythology begins, amongst two best friends in the garden state, who knew early on in; beyond any ability to strum a chord or strike a beat that their friendship would grow out of a love for music. This may seem relatively unimportant in regards to where the band is today, but their is nothing more meaningful to the story then that simple fact. Out of these naive origins evolved a band that rather then strive to create music that sounds like everything else, has played the music they themselves love, and continue to have the time of their lives doing it. As many bands being born out of the Jersey scene attempt to rid themselves of labels and genres, Eastbound does nearly the opposite. The band contains an appreciation for the music that is around them. They were around for the early beginnings of bands like Midtown, Armor For Sleep, and Steel Train. For that reason, the bands who have continued to inspire them since a young age can most certainly be found in the sound that after adding their own ingredients, becomes solely their own. Eastbound recently completed their first 5 song EP with John Naclerio of Nada Studios. The music can best be described as simple and catchy pop-rock that most anyone can appreciate. As the word slowly sweeps through NJ, it is only a matter of time before Eastbound is a household name. Beyond that, they are a group of best friends that love nothing more than booking endless amounts of shows and rocking out. It becomes plain to see that their music stems from the genuine source of a life-long friendship and a deep respect for everyone and everything that has preceded them. More than anything in the world, Eastbound wants the simple chance to prove themselves as a band that anyone can fall in love with.

2) Eastbound is an Dj/Producer duo from Belgrade, Serbia consisting of Branimir Rakic (Branah) and Nikita Abrashkin.
Their musical interests go way back to the early nineties with the peak of progressive and melodic trance in Europe. Since then they've both been working on developing their style - Nikita starts DJing with the age of 15, while Branimir gets busy with exploring the world of producing software under his solo aliases Branah and Peaceguard. The two of them have met in 2006 and soon started working as a duo, promoting trance and progressive on the local scene, touring through Belgrade, Novi Sad, Subotica, Zajecar, Krusevac, Podgorica, Sombor etc. As a young duo they've only released one track - it was a remix for the Serbian producer Petar and his track Apeiron, which got playlisted by several quality DJs worldwide. From 2008 they host their own 2 hour radioshow called Pulseone Sessions for the Serbian website Pulseone.org on Pure.FM radio, with quality guests from home and abroad - with both stars like Rank 1, Way out West, Santiago Nino, Martin Roth, Kintar & Rex, Joni Ljungqvist, Markus Schulz, Moshic, Menno De Jong as well as upcoming names like Storyteller, Ben Brown, Fluctor etc. They had the pleasure to spin alongside Marshall Jefferson, Storyteller, Mustafa, Danny Way, John Deere, SevdahBaby, DJ Alexandar, Marko Nikolic, Blu3army, Matt, Axel Naim and other talented artists.
The two are now working on new productions
