Ryan Palmer hails from Cornwall, in the south-west of England. He served his rock apprenticeship as frontman of local band Kamajor, formed in 2002, who grew from a weekend jam into a behemoth of earthquake bass, smoke seared vocals and funked-out fuzz, ultimately supporting bands such as Five Horse Johnson and local heroes Kribb. They went their seperate ways in 2005, with some members wishing to pursue other projects.

Determined to continue developing his sound, Ryan picked up a guitar, cranked up his amp and the resulting noise has become the Hyperkinetic E.P. Drawing upon his mutual love of blues, metal, stoner rock and psychedelia in all its forms, the e.p. is still in the process of being recorded and mixed and the tracks here are early previews, with more to follow soon. Ryan is currently in the process of assembling like minded musicians to start playing live again.
