US outfit HIGHER CIRCLES was founded back in 1983 by Ken Geer (drums), Steve Moore (guitar/keyboards) and Norman Windrose (guitars, vocals). Only LP as far as is known, which is a shame, this release will appeal to a wide audience of Prog fans!
