Agarta is an instrumental side-project of three members of progressive metal band Extrovert: Max Popov, Valery Shukevich and Denis Popov featuring a guitarist Svyatoslav "Mith" Opritov. Their music style can be described as fusion but it also includes a lot of jazz, funk and metal elements. The project was founded in 2000. This very year the band recorded their first and only album Under the Same Sky which although hadn't been released until 2003. Read more on Last.fm.
