DJ Massiv was born on the 08th of October 1984 in Halle, Belgium at the age of 4 he got his first music instrument from that moment on he was addicted to music. He went to music school for 7 years and played piano after those 7 years he wanted to do something new and he stopped music school from that moment on he produced own songs with his synthesiser and computer soon he bought his own DJ products and started with a mixpanel and 2 cd players
from that moment on the DJ was born

He played a couple of months with cd's only but soon he wanted to play with vinyls
after a couple of months he bought 2 turntables and his first vinyls now he plays with vinyls only and uses cd's only for promo's from that moment on the real DJ Massiv was born...

The first time DJ Massiv played for audience was on a schoolparty this was a huge succes and he could start as resident DJ at 'De Greunenond" where the party took place in meanwhile he also played on birthday-party's because there were some problems at the place where he was resident he left after this decision he participated some DJ contests.

A DJ contest @ TwittysClub: he won the first price and became a new resident @ TwittysClub for 6 months a DJ contest @ BBC-Dancepolis: he ended in top 3.

In 2003 he was a DJ at the BEATFM crew, he had some good times there but things changed @ beat-fm and he didn't had the time anymore that he had in the beginning.

In May 2003 he participated a produce contest of No Name Records
he ended 4th on 78 participants.

September 2003 was a special month for DJ Massiv, he met Steven Vanvaeck, Steve heard some demo's and said it was good from that moment, he's working @ Impart Studio's on different projects:
