When Nick Nova, born Kwaku Boateng-Farrar, was in the fourth grade, he performed a piano piece in front of a gymnasium full of his peers and their parents, from that moment on music was his life. Originally from Berkeley, California, a self taught writer, producer, singer and the occasional rapper, Nova knew what he wanted, and has worked towards his goal ever since. Getting serious about music in High School, Nova formed a group, which with local success ultimately fell apart. Unwilling to let that set him back, he studied music, the industry and travelled the world to gain a better understanding of himself and music. Now based in London, Nova has re-ignited the spark that got him interested in music. Nick Nova's new material shows his maturity as a solo artist, creating vasty different works than his teenage material, while staying unique to himself and connecting to others internationally. Nick Nova’s favorite word is “Love” which encompasses his love for music, his love for people and his love for life.
