Kicking off the year playing alongside emo heroes Tiny Moving Parts and Mom Jeans, Madura Green are following it up this March with a new sparkly emo bop Potato Salad.

Recorded again by local legend Jarred Nettle from House of Sap (Sleep Talk, The Angels and colourblind), Madura Green are sharing a glimpse of whats yet to come from their forth-coming EP.

Potato Salad is a true tale of struggle, neatly wrapped into a twinkling swell of emotion. Packed with punchy emo riffs and countering dark and broody lyrics, the song serves as a anecdote to anyone who’s ever felt exhausted and overwhelmed by life.

2019 was a huge year for the Adelaide alt-emo outfit, with the band sharing the stage with the likes of Basement, Luca Brasi, Yours Truly, The Story So Far and Press Club, as well as playing annual festivals A Day Of Clarity, Adelaide’s Beer & BBQ Festival and A Day on The Cans.

With their EP release set for later in the year, Madura Green are heading on tour with friends Whatever Forever and Zen Haircuts, popping into Sydney, Newcastle and Brisbane this March.
