There are three bands called The Interiors.

1) The Interiors are a Sheffield four-piece fronted by three with vocal duties split equally between Bob Cassidy (bass), Sharleen Fenton (guitar) and Adam Goshawk (guitar) while John Ronson (drums) keeps everything tight at the back.
They released their critically acclaimed debut album entitled DELAYS ARE DANGEROUS late in 2008 on Phantom Power Records.
Their influences include The Pixies, Bob Dylan, The B-52s, The Smiths, Wire, Eels, Talking Heads, XTC, The Breeders, The Ramones, The Velvet Underground, and others.

2) Meeting through a musician's ad in 2003, singer/guitarist Chase Duncan and drummer Brian Lubinsky quickly bonded over a common appreciation for 60s R+B, art rock bands such as REM, Yo La Tengo, and Sonic Youth, the primitivism of The Stooges, and the pulse and repetition of African music. After a year of playing Chicago's dive bar circuit with a series of bass players and then briefly as a two piece, the duo recorded a demo at Semaphore studios with Lubinsky doubling on bass. The demo quickly made its way into the hands of Collin Jordan, an accomplished recording engineer and percussionist reentering the music scene as a performer. After Jordan informed the duo that he had learned bass by playing along to King Tubby records an audition was merely a formality.

While 2005's well-received 'A Crooked Line' EP saw the trio beginning to develop a set of unique ideas, The Interiors' forthcoming LP showcases a confident, artistically ambitious band with those ideas fully realized. Deep bass lines and insistent beats push the rhythm through the course of a song while vocal melodies gradually uncurl on top, revealing themselves more and more with each listen. Strong hooks and airtight arrangements carry each song from beginning to end. Noisy, driven rock is complemented by quiet songs with a limber pulse.

3)The Interiors is an Japanese New Age band that formed in Japan.
The formed band was Interior.
