Born and raised in the legendary music town of Byron Bay, Australia, 20-year-old Singer/Songwriter Nicholas (Nic) Hamilton now lives full time in Los Angeles pursuing an active film career. Nic's first music feature was as the drummer in an angelic cover of Guns N' Roses’ hit track Sweet Child O' Mine for 2016 Oscar-nominated film Captain Fantastic (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack), a film in which he starred at just age 14. After starring as Henry Bowers in the film adaptation of IT (2017), Nicholas started pursuing more music-related endeavours, along with his acting career.

Nic began uploading covers of and popular songs on his Instagram in late 2018, accompanied by his guitarist Ben Kuhl. After their impressive covers of Ins't She Lovely, Hallelujah, Sunday Morning and Valerie all gained over 100,000 views a piece on Instagram, Nic started to write music of his own.

When COVID-19 shut down the film industry, Nic dove headfirst into his love of music and created a compelling and authentic EP exploring the mixed emotions of love, loss and change. In his third single, “In Line”, Hamilton leans into pop-rock, with a heavy, funky bassline guiding the listener throughout the song. The pain in Nic’s voice is audible as he battles with leaving the town where he formed his childhood memories. The track’s contemporary post-chorus brings what could have been a 70’s rock ballad back into modernity, as Hamilton serenades his blossoming, yet chaotic adulthood into existence.
