Prime Time Lyrics

When everybody is going home
all across the town tonite
You'll hear me knocking upon
your door outsight living in the shadows
Ooh i taste the fun
we can have the night
alright
and its a serious party
OOh babe we got the ride
come stop me lets party
it takes a little application
Principle note to all frocklick and fibirlations
You just have a ball!

Primetime
People are feeling better
Ah Time it is
Primetime
Baby Lets get together
cause im coming
Its Primetime
Couldn't get any better
Finetime it is
Primetime
Baby Lets get together
cause im coming

Im like a wave on the ocean, girl
Hungry for the shore, somewhere
You got my energy going
Heating up, looking for connection
Ooh when its you for me
Made me pull in still
Ooh baby
and its the sweetest emotion,
Ooh babe the way i feel
You got me, cant stop me
baby the music is pumping
You and I dressed to kill
Darling our hearts are jumping
and we can't stand still

Primetime
People are feeling better
Ah Time it is
Primetime
Baby Lets get together
cause im coming
Its Primetime
Couldn't get any better
Finetime it is
Primetime
Baby Lets get together
cause im coming

baby the music is pumping
You and I dressed to kill
Darling our hearts are jumping
and we can't stand still

repeat baby the music is pumping
You and I dressed to kill
Darling our hearts are jumping
and we can't stand still
El is doing his thang in the heavens!

DeBarge was an American R&B and soul music group. Hailing from Grand Rapids, Michigan, the group is named for their shared surname, and included the brothers Mark, James, Randy, and Eldra (or "El"), and their sister Bunny. Younger siblings Chico, Darryl, and Carol DeBarge were also singers (though not with the group), with Chico later becoming a solo star in his own right. The DeBarges, of African-American/French-Canadian descent, signed with the Motown label in the 1970s, and became one of their few successful acts during the 1980s.
