Human Mass Extermination is a slamming brutal death metal band hailing from San José, Costa Rica, formed in 2014. The group has carved out a niche in the global extreme metal underground by blending crushing riffs with a lyrical focus on science fiction, extraterrestrial invasions, and the systematic annihilation of humanity.

The band's journey began with a 2015 promo tape, followed by their debut EP "Humanity: The Alien Project", in 2016. They gained significant momentum in 2019 with the release of their first full-length album "Under Extraterrestrial Domain", which helped establish their reputation for heavy, sci-fi-themed slam. This success led to a signing with the specialized Russian label Inherited Suffering Records, under which they released their second studio album "Galactic Extinction Anomalies", in 2022.

In recent years, the band has continued to expand their reach through split releases like "Central America Brutal Synergy" (2024) and their latest EP "Exoplanetary Invasion" (2025).
