With a sound born on the backroads of the South, the Trey Hawkins Band is the definition of “up and coming”. Formed in the small town of Hamburg, Arkansas, Trey and the rest of the band quickly established themselves as the band to watch. Singer/songwriter, guitarist and founder of the band, Trey Hawkins, has been drawing crowds and entertaining audiences for years with real lyrics about breakups, breakdowns, love, pain, growing up and being from the South. With the addition of guitarists, Aaron Murphy and Andrew Breedlove, drummer Jonathan Breedlove, and bassist Mark Bolin, the sound of Southeast Arkansas prevails.

After the release of the first album “Southern Son” and the second “No Lines, No Limits, No Gimmicks” the five members began touring and blazing a trail across the Ark-La-Miss. Multiple appearances on KATV’s Good Morning Arkansas have awakened thousands to the THB sound. Other appearances include 2009 MusicFest alongside headliners Blues Traveler, Joe Nichols, and Jack Ingram; Riverfest 2011 with Charlie Daniels Band, David Nail, and Pat Green. Opening for bands such as the Kentucky Headhunters, Eli Young Band and Robert Earl Keen have established THB as a band to remember. Recent headlining shows in Little Rocks Rivermarket District at venues such as Revolution Music Room, Juanita’s, and Stickyz have left packed crowds eager for the next show.

Every member of THB brings a flavor to the music: from the grassroots sounds of country, to heart wrenching blues, feel good, mellow jazz, blazing heartland rock and emotionally honest soul. The collaboration of mixed genres fuels the originality of the Trey Hawkins Band.
