Luke Kidd is an up and coming singer/songwriter/producer making his way into the music world. Previously working under his alter ego Uncl3 Luk3, Luke has experimented mixing alternative with styles including trip-hop, R&B, and house, resulting in his first album, Mindscap3.

Growing up in Indiana in the 2000s, Luke was influenced by Beck, Blur, Frank Ocean, Gorillaz, Kid Cudi, Kanye West, Weezer, and many more. He grew up working with his father in the radio industry, spawning Luke's interest in music. In early 2015, he started talking to Braden Spears and Derrick Crecelius over an Instagram group chat, the three instantly got to work in experimenting with sounds and art styles, leading to the creation of Uncl3 Luk3, a character inspired by the late MF DOOM. Under this name, Luke's first release was 2019's Arrival, an electronic EP released as a tribute to the classic LEGO space theme from the 1980s. After this release, he got to work crafting his debut album, Mindscap3, which released in February 2020 to moderate success. Immediately after, Luke started building his second studio album, which was set for a June 2020 release, however following the tragic passing of his sister, the album was scrapped and Luke took a break from music until he surprise-released his introspective EP, Reflections. Shortly after the release, Luke dropped the Uncl3 Luk3 moniker, and released two singles in January 2021, proving once again that he was in it for the long run. Read more on Last.fm.
