Escupemetralla are the result of a series of retro-transmissions that will be carried out in the mid-twentyfirst century in the "Thorne's Cone Light Reversion Laboratory for Children", in Los Alamos, Texas (Federal States of Mexico and Puerto Rico). In a certain way, Escupemetralla are just virtual entities that will actually exist in several years' time.

Escupemetralla means "Spitshrapnel" in Spanish.

Future history:

* February 2021: Escupemetralla grow spontaneously from a primordial soup of mathematical functions, and two twins are generated, Muhammad and Muhammad.

* March 2022: Escupemetralla plays live for the first time in the meta-verse. Some 3,000,000,000 humans (a relatively small amount of the total population) download the show into implants. Many millions of edible optical micro-cubes of the show in 3D tactile version are also sold.

* July 2025: Escupemetralla are hired by Monte Cazazza Oldies, a label from Los Angeles (Federal States of Mexico and Puerto Rico), for carrying out propaganda tasks.

* August 2025: Escupemetralla create "Multimierda" (Multishit), an album that is retro-transmitted to 1984 by means of a Tipler cylinder. From 1984 thru 1997 the album is distributed in obsolete sound boxes, i.e., cassette tapes. "Multimierda" illustrates the 2020 trends in popular music, especially "el paso de insecto" and "la tenacilla", two dances popularized by Gregorio Rivas, a famous "pelicanista".

* September 2025: Escupemetralla entertain His Holiness Urbano XVI's soireés. Artificial guests from the Techno Nucleus are present.

* February 2030: Escupemetralla create "Sublimado Corrosivo" (Corrosive Sublimate), "Burros de Dios" (Asses of God), and "Vida y Color" (LIfe and Color), three albums that recreate the analogical music of the 1980s and 1990's. The albums are retro-transmitted to 1988 and distributed in subsequent years.

* September 2031: Escupemetralla collaborate with great hibernated artists from the twentieth century. The result is a mess titled "Totum Revolutum".

* January 2038: Escupemetralla invent involved symphonic music.
