Hunter Vaughan is an up and coming 21 year old DJ/Producer from Dallas,TX who swiftly caught the attention of the masses after placing 1st in the Dandy Kid Records remix contest for his wonky remix of Defunct!’s ‘That’s The Game’ single in late 2010. Shortly after, Hunter burst into the tech-funk scene gaining recognition from Zodiac Cartel a.k.a Elite Force after remixing techno maestro Mike Hulme in part of the U&A Recordings / Sweet Inspiration remix contest and would then later on remix Zodiac Cartel’s classic ‘Klappyn’ which saw an official release on U&A in 2011 and was featured on Kissy SellOut's radio show. Be it producing or mixing, his style is deep, dark, & dirty - ultimately blending the elements of breakbeat, techno, & electro in a unique way that is both delicate & aggressive.
