Dj hb smooth was born on May 24th in Chicago, illinouis. Taking a interest in Juke music at the age of 12 after listening to Dj Nehpets,Drop pop song on power 92 Chicago. In his senor year of highschool he begin to make Juke music after being showed by Dj roc (tha crackkapone) how to make them. Dj hb smooth released his first album on itunes the summer of 2006.

In 2007 Hb smooth started recording the now battle rapper cephdeezy and Craft in his dorm room. Dropping nothing but rap mixtapes at the current time.It wasn't until 2008 he decided to start making R&b mixtapes, his fanbase began to expand,as his R&b mixtapes started becoming popular.

Hb smooth dropped juke remixes on the side as he dropped his R&b mixtapes. In the fall of 2012 dj hb smooth was verified on twitter, making him the only juke artist in the world to be verified, and the only mixtape dj in chicago on twitter to be verified.
