Mark Hildreth is one of the most soulful and meaningful singers you will ever hear!

Mark Hildreth first began training his voice in grade school, and, as a child, taught himself to play the piano. As a teenager, people flocked to him for his talents, but Mark was not satisfied to rest on his talents alone. His acting career had taken him around the world (he has appeared in over 20 films and 30 TV shows) but instead of going to Hollywood like everyone seemed to be telling him to, he spent 3 grueling years at a prestigious conservatory for the arts. They took 10 applicants per year. Mark was the youngest.

When he decided to start playing gigs with his own songs, an A&R rep at his first show invited him to play a showcase for Sony/BMG in New York. At his second show, Mark met producer Warne Livesey (Mathew Good, 54-40, The The, Midnight Oil) who offered to work with Mark at no charge, anticipating a long career and a great working relationship. Mark and Mr. Livesey recorded some tracks together, two of which are included here.

Mark is one of those people who sees the world differently from most. His insight and imagination made him an artist at a young age, but he has never been more ready to bring his energy to the world. He is equally adept at commanding a crowd while solo with the piano, or with a band behind him. He has performed in front of crowds of all sizes. Mark Hildreth just tries to sing what he means. And everything else seems to follow. Get into him. You'll see.
