Xin Liu, also known as 刘雨昕 (Liu Yuxin) or XIN, is a Chinese singer and dancer born on April 20th 1997 in Guizhou, China, In 2016, Xin Liu participated in the idol survival program 'Lady Bees' (蜜蜂少女队) and successfully debuted as a member of the girl group LadyBees. However, her rise to fame began after appearing as a contestant on the Chinese survival show 'Youth With You 2' in 2020, where she won first place and became the center of the girl group The9. She has released several musical works since then, such as 'EPSILON' (2021), 'Xanadu' (2021), and 'O' (2024). She made her international stage debut at Coachella in 2024, as part of the 88rising Futures set.

Xin Liu specializes in popping, and is an apprentice of the Chinese popper James Lin (林梦). Xin Liu participated as a contestant in several dance-related programs such as 'Up Young!' (向上吧！少年)" in 2012, 'So You Think You Can Dance' (舞林争霸) in 2013, 'Hot Blood Dance Crew' (热血街舞团) in 2018, 'Street Dance of China Season 2' (這！就是街舞第二季) in 2019, and 'Masked Dancing King' (蒙面舞王) in 2020.
