after four solid years of playing together jason lockart band has decided to end its run. the culmination of an unusually slow spring and a seemingly relentless series of detrimental occurrences, in conjunction with disappointing sales of 'the twelve o'clock ep', has forced us to reevaluate ourselves and our goals, both collectively- as a band- and as individuals. it certainly isn't easy for any of us to walk away from something that has been such a huge part of our lives for so long, but we all agree that it is something we have to do, and we leave with a great deal of pride. we feel that we have accomplished more in the last four years than many independent bands achieve in a lifetime. we have played shows- both supporting and headlining- up and down the entire mid-atlantic region and as far west as california. we have released two studio recordings, both of which were picked up for distribution by some of the online music industry's most recognized names- apple itunes, cdbaby.com, towerrecords.com to name a few. we have had hundreds of people subscribe to our e-mailing list and thousands of people visit our website. and we have accomplished everything independently- no endorsements, no management company, no record label- just us, our fans, our families, and a handful of our friends who volunteered countless hours of their own time to help us in whatever capacities they could. we are eternally grateful to everyone who has shown support over the years- whether you came to one show or twenty, whether you bought a cd or both of our cds, whether you passed a press kit along to someone else, whether you bought us a beer after a bar gig, whether you helped us sell merch or walked around passing out stickers, whether you played our albums for a friend, or offered words of encouragement. thank you for everything.

Anthony is now pursuing his college degree in education. Wes is living and working in the greater DC area. Greg was the lead singer of RUNNING RED LIGHTS for sometime, before leaving the band and relocating to Rome.
