He is an eight-time beat battle champion, and his critically acclaimed Miles Remixed album (Okayplayer/illroots) has been downloaded over 10,000 times. As a percussionist, composer and bandleader, Apple Juice also fronts Freebass 808 and The Remix Project, and has toured as a drummer with The Foreign Exchange and The Jungle Brothers.
