Stein R Sordal is most well known as the former bass player for Progressive Metal band Green Carnation. His semi-acoustic solo album, In Fort Knox with a Penny was released in 2008.

Currently Sordal is guitarist and vocalist of Angel's Motel as well as his solo work.
