AIR-CON BOOM BOOM ONESAN is the alter-ego of Nanami Hosaka, a comedian, YouTuber and variety show performer. In 2023, she released her first single and followed it up in 2024 with an album that's a dizzying cross of genres, from a UK garage inspired version of Cyndi Lauper's Time After Time, a faithful cover of Strawberry Switchblade's classic Since Yesterday and a number of original songs that run the gamut from jazz to noise-rock to synthpop.
