Tunnel Speeches is a multi-phase collaborative project featuring Jonathan Smith (drums) and Michael DiSanto (guitar). At the foundation is a body of improvised experiments in reversed guitar/drum relationships, shifting dissonances, and extended multi-layered grooves. Musician and artist John Whitlock expands the scope, adding his own fractured melodicism by way of found voices, captured sounds, and synthetic textures.
