Diabetic Ketoacidosis is a project playing in the genre - slamming brutal death metal, goreslam, deathgrind.

One of the first groups of this project was a track called "pig porn" - was released in 2021, later deleted, but still uploaded to the project's YouTube channel, the sound is raw, everything is slightly processed, you can find this track on the vastness of YouTube, or rather on the official channel of Diabetic Ketoacidosis.

Closer to 2022, "EP" was recorded under the name - Twenty Three Penetrations.
Without sitting still, work on a new ,,EP,, which was already approaching the specific sound of slamming brutal death metal literally immediately began, and it became a work called: Dysplasia.
And the work did not stop there, a little time passed and the first album of the project was born: Malignant Neoplasm of the Colon of Unspecified Localization.
This album was recorded in an open crack of humor and jokes, but nevertheless it turned out to be more cheerful and slam.
A year later, more serious work began and the album: Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography appears on the slam history of the project in 2023.
Which is already more closely connected with the name of the project, namely with medicine and pathological deviations, etc.
7 months later, a new album is released, called: Cutting off Faces from Divinely Enlightened Nuns Soaked in Rotten Uterine Juices.
And this album becomes the most successful in the history of the project.
After the release of this album, nothing new was released, but a remaster was recorded for the album (Malignant Neoplasm of the Colon of Unspecified Localization) and that's it.
But already in 2024, Diabetic Ketoacidosis was featured in the second project from the frontman Diabetic, in the deathcore project - Destruction Of Mind, in the album Labial Glutton and Battles for Lies.
There was also a feat with the group - Progressive Decay Of Minkind in the debut album of the group, called: Deadly Schizogony Of The CWD Virus.
And at the end of 2024, Diabetic Ketoacidosis took part in a feat with the Anime Slamming Project - Galactomyces.
And today 2025 participated in the track of the same Galactomyces and released a joint album with the guys from Progressive Decay Of Mankind - Basement Torture Chamber
