There are apparently multiple bands with this name:

1) SSA was a technical thrash metal band from Ohio, Cleveland (USA). Little is known of them — when they formed or when they disbanded. But nevertheless, in 1994 they've released their only album — Deal With It.

2) SSA is a fast, loud, and sloppy punk band from Perth, Australia. Their debut album is called A Romantic Interlude, and they released a split with AC4 (feat. former members of Refused) in 2010. They also have six songs on the 4-way Perth punk split Live Fast Die Drunk (LFDD Records).
