Multi-instrumentalist/producer/DJ based out of Saint Paul, MN, USA a.k.a. Beak Nasty or Ryland Sabien. Has opened for acts such as Flux Pavilion, Excision, Foreign Beggars, and Dead Prez.

Edinburgh based 4 piece consisting of Leopoldo d'Acropolis on lead vocals and guitar, Karen also on geetar, Pete the bassist and Nick who hits things.

3. A group of 4 girls from Oxford, England. It's currently unknown when they formed but they disbanded in 1999. Their known releases included singles for Monster and Backgarden as well as one post breakup album. Backgarden was also featured on the It's a Shifty Disco Thing Vol. 1 Compilation. Their song Sally Said was included on the OXCD compilation. Backgarden is often regarded as one of the most popular singles released through the Shifty Disco Singles Club.

4. A pop-punk band from Grimsby, UK, who wrote catchy, upbeat songs - had a demo tape (better without you), and a couple of songs on SID records' Hanging Out With The Stupid Kids compilation. In 1999 they changed their name to Siknotes, but have since split, and gone on to other projects.
