Luisa Pepe has been singing professionally for over a decade. From “Groovejet,” “A far l’amore” to “Can You Feel It,” she continues to accumulate hit after hit on numerous compilations including MC Mario’s. “Get Up” and “What A Feeling” started it all in 1995, creating a stir and soaring up the charts.

Seven years of dedication finally paid off in 2002 with her debut album “The Devilish Grin,” spending countless hours in the studio with top Canadian and American artists. The musical expertise of Michael Abatzidis, Vincent Degiorgio and Crystal Waters are all featured on this recording as well as five songs composed by Luisa Pepe herself.

In 2003, she reached the top 25 pop adult charts as well as the top 50 anglophone charts with “I Wanna Be the One,” swirling into controversy with a video shot in a psychiatric hospital.

In 2004, she went back to her roots, to offer a new album entirely in Italian, entitled Farfalla (butterfly), which includes 10 of the most beautiful songs of the Italian musical repertoire, done her way.

Born in Montréal of Italian origin, Luisa Pepe has been singing since the age of 14. She has performed hundreds of shows in clubs all across Canada, at many national events and television shows like the Italian Week in Montréal, Canada Day Celebrations, Musique Plus and Musimax to name a few.
