Big Red Button is the collaborative efforts of Christine Mourad, vocals and piano, Jason Orme, guitars and vocals, Greg Griffith, bass, and Dieter Winzettl on drums. The meeting started in an empty room on Sunset Boulevard where Christine and Jason began their songrwriting partnership, and culminated in the writing and recording of the band's first self-released cd, Based on True Events.

The record went on to be selected as an Editors Pick on cdbaby.com, and the song "Leaving Home" was featured in the soundtrack of the independent film, "Friends with Money", starring Jennifer Aniston.

BRB continued performing and writing songs that would soon become "13 dreams", the band's second cd. Released in October 2006, it was produced by Zac Rae (Gnarls Barkely, Fiona Apple, Annie Lennox, Alanis Morissette) at the Bank Studios in Burbank, CA. Read more on Last.fm.
