Short Millie was a ska/punk/hc band from Cincinnati, Ohio.

They had a handful of releases on comps, as well as 2 full lengths and an EP.

They broke up around '99/'00.

Their progression from their first self titled release to their last release is notable. In the beginning they had more of a ska/punk flavor accentuated by multiple brass instruments and up to 4 vocalists.

Over time they shed the horns and developed a more aggressive attack. The lean and mean Short Millie is best heard on their 1999 release, An Attempt to Document (Whitehouse Records).
