Melbourne-based producer, multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter Maribelle. emerges today with her new creative venture Vetta Borne and debut single “Hey”. 

On New Years Day 2019, Maribelle's world stood still. She simultaneously experienced the loss of her grandmother and the birth of her new project, Vetta Borne. It’s by chance that the two would come to be at the same moment in time. 

Maribelle on Vetta Borne: “Vetta Borne is a symbol of growth and decay, like a flower in bloom that will come to wither away. Morbid it might be, but there is a reassurance that comes with facing mortality. There's a lesson to be learned here, one unveiled to me in my loss. It's a call-to-action of sorts that insist that the way forward is dictated by today.”
