Benjamin Reed has been writing music since the early 90's, as a member of the demo scene, under the name Ranger Rick. In 2008, he decided it was high time to release a real album and cleaned up, remixed, and remastered portions of his catalog, as the artist Raccoon Fink, whose official web site is music.raccoonfink.com.

His first album, Finally was released May 20th, 2008, and a single, Pointillize, was released April 29th.
