Sarah Fasano is a 16-year-old singer/songwriter from Ambler, a suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After a couple years of playing viola in elementary school, she picked up an acoustic guitar at the age of 8 and discovered that music was truly her passion. Within a few years, she was writing her own music and began to teach herself drums, piano, and bass. She started implementing vocals into her music, as well. After Sarah was given the chance to play onstage in the alternative rock band Weezer’s Hootenany Tour, her musical career took flight. She wrote, recorded, and produced her first CD, entitled “The Audio Metaphor EP”. She is currently playing local shows and looking for more opportunities to do so, and continues to write more music.
