Handsome Dick Manitoba is a God. As singer for the Dictators he delivered the lyrics of Andy Shernoff with the genius they deserved. As an absolute madman, he couldn't help it. The handsomest man in rock n roll, he was also a safety hazard wherever he went. But anyone seeking safety didn't deserve to be in the same room with the Dictators.

Handsome Dick's lone solo album sounded pretty much like the Dictators at their finest with a speed metal edge. Pleasure was what the man wanted, and any pleasure with any sense gave itself to him.
