1. Litz started in 2004 in Paraná, Argentina, with the simple idea of making their favorite music with friends. After some months they had a couple of songs, and in November 28, 2004, Litz played their frist show, in a little skate park with a couple of local bands.

In those days Litz play something like a melodic power punk, but show-to-show they started to make their music sound better, so in the middle of 2006 they decided to record their first album called “…Y Sonar”, a releases with 13 songs.
The following year, Litz begin to have possibilities to play with important band in Argentina, what made us have a more experience.

After the first album, their sound became more hardcore, and that was something that they really like, and wanted to, so Litz finally became a melodic hardcore punk band.

It was on May of 2008 Litz recorded their second album, a 7 song EP called “Morir y volver a nacer”, what maybe was one of the more important steps they made.

Nowadays, with 2 albums and good number of shows played, Litz are trying to play in more places and cities as they can and of course making lot of new songs, and thinking about making a new record in the future.

2. A decade ago, Four-headed funktronic giant LITZ began leading listeners on energetically-charged adventures through feeling and sound. As they sharpened their showmanship and songcraft in the Maryland jam scene, LITZ ventured forth, opening for names like Papadosio and Lotus while adding Electric Forest, Resonance, and Peach to their festival accolades.

The foursome–Austin Litz (keyboards, saxophone, vocals), Logan Litz (bass), Dan Gallerman (guitar), and Nick Thrasher (Drums)--are constantly producing new tracks that defy categorization musically and metaphysically. Combining funky horn riffs, wah-wah keys, pounding bass, flute, and sensational guitar, they curate a sound that isn’t decisively funk, jam, go-go, or soul but irrefutably and exquisitely LITZ.

On stage, LITZ are custodians of the audience’s dreams, fears, and hopes. Their mesmerizing synergy and improvisation inspire authentic connection, reminding us that music, more than a sound, is a feeling. No two LITZ experiences are identical. As they riff and take risks, LITZ rocks their audiences’ senses and souls, pulling listeners into new realms of emotion.
