Disfunctional Ray (DFR) was formed in the mid-90's in Massillon, Ohio by Joe Waller (Drums), Jeff Dickerson (Vocals), Jimmy Courtney (Guitar & Vocals), And Chuck Moore (Bass). They have released three albums since their formation. The Double Box Set EP which was followed by the only full length, Inner Circles, and finally Summer Sounds EP. The band has sold thousands of copies by hand, personally to all their fans. DFR rose up through the local Ohio scene to earn enough revenue for stints on the 1998-2002 Warped Tours as a personal choice of Kevin Lyman, the tours owner. DFR has also appeared on the Disfunctionally Yours tour which was planned, managed, and funded by the band. They have graced the stage with an energetic and heartfelt live show that trully expresses their love for their tracks and their fans. They have shared the stage with the likes of Green Day, Good Charlotte, Blink 182, 311, Jimmy's Chicken Shack, Papa Roach, Jane's Addiction, and many many others.
