Lil Phat (born Melvin Vernell III) was a rapper member of Trill Entertainment. He was fatally shot on June 7, 2012 outside of a woman's hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. Witnesses reported two black males running from the hospital after the shooting. An investigation of the murder continues. He was 19-years-old. Read more on Last.fm.
