Entering the fourth year of the journey of the duo selector, Diskoria, consisting of Merdi Simanjuntak and Fadli Aat. In 2019 they are ready to present something new by releasing their debut single. Discoria itself is a duo selector group, playing selected Indonesian songs from the 80s until now in every stage act. Starting from the appearance of Merdi and Aat at the first Suara Disko event in 2015, it became a meeting point with the collective songwriter Laleilmanino, who was present as a guest at the event. Laleilmanino itself consists of Arya Aditya Ramadhya (Lale) and Ilman Ibrahim Isa from Maliq & D'essentials, and also Anindyo Baskoro (Nino) from RAN. Until finally Merdi and Aat began to appear from stage to stage and were often in one event with the music group where Lale, Ilman and Nino were. It was from there that a conversation emerged about their interest in pop music aesthetics in the 80s, and they had briefly filled seminars on pop music with the Proud Project. This is what finally became the basis for them to collaborate in releasing a song on February 14, 2019.
