In 2022, the Faroese singer and songwriter Teitur collaborated with the Danish indie jazz band Girls in Airports to create completely new music that mixed the two artists' soundscapes. The result was premiered at Vega in Copenhagen and has since developed into a larger collaboration and an album entitled Kvæði (2024), a joint venture between the two artists, produced by Bruce Lampcov.
