Copenhagen based Industrial/ebm duo, formed in 1989, is an experiment in noise and pop. Mr. Hyde a.k.a. Bo Heidelberg (Hitchcock Violins, Motorcycle and On-Q); Vocals & Programming, Günther Karse a.k.a. Kim Günther Hansen (Grind, Amstrong and Antenne); Guitar & Programming.

I.C.I. debuted Live at Ohm's Nightclub at the awesome '95 South by Southwest Music festival in Austin, Texas.
