The first question usually asked of an artist/group is"who do you SOUND like"? For the Eden Effect its really quite simple. You see, if you take some of the others artists to come from Queens,like say the RAW poetic style of Nas and mix it with the Slick gangsta sound of 50 cent,sprinkle that with the theatrics of a Kiss and add the punk sensibility of the Ramones,tying it all together with the storytelling of a Paul Simon and add for good measure the ZANY FUN of a Cyndi Lauper ........ what do you get? Something that sounds NOTHING like the 'effect. "We are straight up NEURO POP" Michelle would say, with Craig quickly adding "made in L.A" Hold everything. NEURO POP? What the hell is that?
