Long-time denizens of the Greenbelt festival fringe, Fresh Claim were formed around vocal/guitarist Simon Law, his then wife Mags (keyboard), Derek Llewellyn (bass) and Ali Byworth (drums), who was later replaced by Dan Johnston. They produced a number of blues-rock recordings on Law's own record label, Plankton. Following a lengthy hiatus, Law has recently released "Backdated Claims" on Plankton with another line-up, featuring Matt Wallace on drums and Steve Gale on bass, available on www.planktonrecords.co.uk Read more on Last.fm.
