Many bands have gone, or goes under the name December's Children.

The first band named December's Children was originally a Cleveland Motown pop group, with two female vocalists. After one of the vocalists left, guitarist Craig Balzer's brother Bruce joined and they transformed into a psychedelic hard rock group.
They recorded their debut for Mainstream, but their deal soon dissolved and so did they.

A more recent band are from Alingsås, Sweden, mostly active between 1999-2005. They are on hiatus since, but play together on special occasions. They play '60s retro rock/pop mixed with psychedelic and melancholic sounds. They released 5 EP's between 2000 and 2004. The sound varied much during the years.

David, Cristian, Markus and sometimes Johannes, are also playing together in the more countryrock/americana-based band Homelake. Calle and Cristian play together in 1969 Armstrong and Cristian was also a member in Calle’s band Bolywool between 2004 and 2011. Markus had his own psychedelic folk project Valla from 2008 until about 2013. Cristian also has his solo project Distance Is a Way of Life and the powerpop band Tomorrow Comes Early together with Jakob Albinsson (Dar Adal, José Gonzaléz, Only If You Call Me Jonathan, etc). Johannes currently plays in The Epimetheans. Johan probably plays reggae somewhere near Gothenburg.

In 2008, original members David, Cristian and Markus, joined forces again in the rehearsal room at Kabom in Alingsås with Oskar from Bolywool and Oskar Karlström on drums. They rehearsed some times.

In the summer of 2019 the original band with David Hildor on drums played on David’s 40th birthday party in Edshult outside Alingsås. They really enjoyed playing together so there may be some new songs and gigs in the future. Only time will tell!
